Not for a clean signature at 140 × 60 pixels. It is usually enough when the background is plain white and the ink is dark.
Should I use a pen or marker?
A black or dark blue gel or fine-liner pen gives the cleanest, thinnest strokes. Avoid pencils and light ink.
What if the tool says it cannot reach 10KB at these pixels?
